Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, brown sugar, and coconut oil.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a gentle boil and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and salt, and stir well.
- Let cool before using.
Notes
- Store in a jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Reheat gently before using if it thickens too much.
