Ingredients

- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine black beans, cocoa powder, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let it cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These brownies taste best after chilling in the fridge.
- You can substitute maple syrup with agave syrup.
