Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add plant-based milk to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
- Dip cauliflower florets in the batter.
- Coat the battered florets in breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce and maple syrup.
- Once baked, toss the wings in the sauce.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of hot sauce.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
