Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add plant-based milk to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Dip cauliflower florets in the batter.
  5. Coat the battered florets in breadcrumbs.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce and maple syrup.
  9. Once baked, toss the wings in the sauce.
  10. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
