A creamy and delicious vegan banana pudding that is easy to make.

- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vegan whipped cream
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine almond milk, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Slice bananas and layer them in a serving dish.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas.
- Top with vegan whipped cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
