Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
  6. If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
