- 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine gluten-free flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted coconut oil.
- Spread the apple mixture in a pie dish.
- Top the apples with the streusel mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
