Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chickpeas to the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Toss broccoli florets with nutritional yeast and a bit of olive oil.
  5. Add broccoli to the basket for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
