Ingredients

- 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chickpeas to the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Toss broccoli florets with nutritional yeast and a bit of olive oil.
- Add broccoli to the basket for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
