Ingredients

  • Extra powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, ground almonds, and salt.
  3. Add butter, egg yolk, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  4. Shape the dough into small crescent forms.
  5. Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  7. Allow cookies to cool before coating with powdered sugar.
