Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, nuts, and cranberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- You can substitute nuts with seeds for a nut-free version.
- Add more or less chocolate according to your taste.
