Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, nuts, and cranberries.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store cookies in an airtight container.
  • You can substitute nuts with seeds for a nut-free version.
  • Add more or less chocolate according to your taste.
