Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 20 assorted macarons
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Arrange macarons in a bouquet style for serving.
