Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake perfect for Valentine’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup raspberry sauce for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  7. Add flour and mix until just combined.
  8. Pour the batter over the crust in the pan.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes or until set.
  10. Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  11. Serve with raspberry sauce on top.

Notes

  • Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother batter.
  • Chill the cheesecake overnight for best results.
  • Adjust the sugar based on your sweetness preference.
