- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Form balls and roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can use other flavors of extract.
