Delicious rice krispie treats coated in chocolate, perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each rice krispie square into the melted chocolate.
- Place dipped treats on parchment paper and add sprinkles.
- Let the chocolate set before serving.

- Use different colored sprinkles for a festive look.
