A simple dish made with bell peppers, rice, and ground meat.

- 4 bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned.
- Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper.
- Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and top with cheese.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Feel free to use turkey or chicken instead of beef.
- Add your favorite vegetables to the mixture.
- Use different types of cheese for variety.
