Ingredients

  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, rice, and beef broth. Mix well.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
