- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, green onions, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled macaroni to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with extra paprika if desired.
