Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of crab meat

  • 4 sheets of nori
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • Soy sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix crab meat, mayonnaise, and sriracha.
  3. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
  4. Spread a layer of sushi rice over the nori.
  5. Add crab mixture, avocado, and cucumber on top of the rice.
