Ingredients

- 2 cups of sushi rice
- 1/2 pound of crab meat
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
- 4 sheets of nori
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- Soy sauce for serving
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, mayonnaise, and sriracha.
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
- Spread a layer of sushi rice over the nori.
- Add crab mixture, avocado, and cucumber on top of the rice.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with soy sauce.
