Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then pat them dry with a towel.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add chickpeas to the bowl and toss until coated.
  5. Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
