Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas (15 oz)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then pat them dry with a towel.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add chickpeas to the bowl and toss until coated.
- Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
