Description

Healthy turkey and veggie lettuce wraps for a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 head of lettuce (for wrapping)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell peppers, carrots, soy sauce, and ginger.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  7. Serve turkey mixture in lettuce leaves.
