Description
Healthy turkey and veggie lettuce wraps for a light meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 head of lettuce (for wrapping)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers, carrots, soy sauce, and ginger.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Serve turkey mixture in lettuce leaves.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Try adding spices for more flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
