Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey breast, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook until soft.
  3. Add sliced turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
  5. Stir in flour and garlic powder.
  6. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
