A healthy and delicious bowl featuring turkey meatballs and zoodles.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 zucchini, spiralized
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While meatballs bake, spiralize the zucchini.
- Heat marinara sauce in a pan over medium heat.
- Add zoodles to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve zoodles topped with meatballs and marinara sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil.

- Adjust seasoning based on preference.
- You can add other vegetables to the zoodle bowl.
