Description

A healthy and delicious bowl featuring turkey meatballs and zoodles.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 zucchini, spiralized
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. While meatballs bake, spiralize the zucchini.
  6. Heat marinara sauce in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Add zoodles to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve zoodles topped with meatballs and marinara sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil.
