A creamy and rich mac and cheese infused with truffle oil for a gourmet twist.
Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup truffle oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Slowly add milk and cream, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until melted.
- Mix in truffle oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked macaroni and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Notes
- Adjust truffle oil to your taste.
- Can add breadcrumbs on top for crunch.
