Ingredients

- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions
- Wash and dice the bell peppers.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the bell peppers and onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and red wine vinegar.
