Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add spiralized zucchini. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Remove from heat. Stir in fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.
