Description

A simple and quick tofu stir fry recipe packed with vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 14 oz tofu, firm
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Press tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
  5. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Pour in soy sauce, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
