Description

Toasted Italian sandwich with layers of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Italian bread
  • 4 slices of salami
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread mustard on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer salami, ham, and provolone cheese on one slice.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread, mustard side down.
  5. Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
  6. Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese melts.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of cheese to your liking.
  • You can add vegetables like spinach or tomatoes.
  • Serve with a side of chips or salad.
