- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth.
- Add green onions, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer jalapeños.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
- For a different flavor, try adding cooked sausage or bacon.
