Ingredients

  • Snap peas: 150 grams (or about 5 oz)
  • Carrots: 2 medium, shredded
  • Red bell pepper: 1 large, thinly sliced
  • Green onions: 2, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro: 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Crushed peanuts: 1/4 cup, for garnish

Instructions
