Description

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. Toast sandwich buns until golden.
  7. Assemble the sandwich with fried chicken, lettuce, cucumber, and chili sauce.
