Thai Drunken Noodles are a spicy stir-fried noodle dish known for their bold flavors and quick preparation.
Ingredients

- 8 oz flat rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Push the vegetables to the side and crack the eggs into the skillet. Scramble until cooked.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili sauce. Toss to combine.
- Add fresh basil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
- You can add protein like chicken or shrimp if desired.
- Fresh basil is essential for authentic flavor.
