Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz flat rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Push the vegetables to the side and crack the eggs into the skillet. Scramble until cooked.
  6. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili sauce. Toss to combine.
  7. Add fresh basil and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
