A hearty and delicious breakfast casserole featuring crispy tater tots, eggs, and cheese.

- 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread half of the tater tots evenly.
- Layer the crumbled sausage and half of the cheese over the tater tots.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
- Add the remaining tater tots on top.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- Use different types of cheese for variety.
