Ingredients

- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine tahini and water.
- Add lemon juice and garlic, mixing well.
- Stir in olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Adjust consistency with more water if needed.
- Serve over salads or as a dip.
