Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
