Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and sauté until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  4. In another bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth.
  5. Add the sugar mixture to the pan with cauliflower.
  6. Stir in the cornstarch mixture.
  7. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  8. Serve warm.
