Description
A tasty dish of sweet and sour cauliflower.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cauliflower florets and sauté until tender.
- In a bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- In another bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth.
- Add the sugar mixture to the pan with cauliflower.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture.
- Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- Can be served with rice or noodles.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
