- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil or bake sweet potatoes until tender, then mash them.
- In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream for added flavor.
