A rich and creamy cheesecake made with sweet potatoes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups sweet potato puree
- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix sweet potato puree and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, sour cream, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or canned sweet potatoes.
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
