- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, green onions, egg, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with additional sweet chili sauce if desired.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- These meatballs freeze well.
- Adjust the chili sauce for more or less spice.
