A delicious blend of sweet and sour flavors with tender chicken and pineapple.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Add onion and bell pepper. Stir until softened.
- Mix in pineapple chunks.
- Pour sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce over the mixture.
- In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water. Add to the pan.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of sweet and sour sauce.
- Add more vegetables like broccoli or carrots if desired.
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
