Description

A delicious blend of sweet and sour flavors with tender chicken and pineapple.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper. Stir until softened.
  4. Mix in pineapple chunks.
  5. Pour sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce over the mixture.
  6. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water. Add to the pan.
  7. Cook until sauce thickens.
  8. Serve hot over rice.
