Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
