Ingredients

- 200g surimi sticks
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the surimi sticks into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the surimi, lettuce, cucumber, and bell pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
