Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed summer fruits (strawberries, peaches, and blueberries)
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the summer fruits.
- Arrange the fruits and mozzarella slices on a serving platter.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves over the top.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
