Description

A delicious stuffed chicken parmesan recipe that combines tender chicken with rich marinara sauce and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast for stuffing.
  3. Mix mozzarella and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture.
  5. Season the outside of the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Brown each chicken breast on both sides in the skillet.
  8. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
  9. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken.
  10. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
