- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast for stuffing.
- Mix mozzarella and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture.
- Season the outside of the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown each chicken breast on both sides in the skillet.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
