Ingredients

- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove cabbage core and boil cabbage head for 5 minutes until leaves soften.
- Mix ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Carefully peel off cabbage leaves.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each leaf and roll tightly.
- Arrange rolls in a baking dish.
- Pour tomato sauce and diced tomatoes over the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Notes
- Use a sharp knife to remove cabbage core.
- Substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
