Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup street corn
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions
