Sweet and colorful treats perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- Red food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- If using, add red food coloring and mix well.
- Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies and chopped strawberries.
- Stir until well combined.
- Press mixture into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Let cool for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and drizzle with white chocolate if desired.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best eaten within a few days.
- Substitute strawberries with other fruits if preferred.
