Delicious strawberry tiramisu dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfingers in coffee briefly.
  5. Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
  6. Add half of the mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers.
  7. Add half of the sliced strawberries on top.
  8. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  9. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  10. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
  • Adjust sugar based on strawberry sweetness.
  • Can substitute coffee with milk for a non-caffeinated version.
