Description
A refreshing and fruity dessert made from strawberries.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend strawberries in a blender until smooth.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Mix the strawberry puree and lemon juice with the sugar syrup.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the strawberries.
- Serve with fresh strawberries on top for garnish.
