Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Mix the strawberry puree and lemon juice with the sugar syrup.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
