A refreshing dessert that combines strawberries and cream in a frozen pie.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sliced strawberries with a little sugar and set aside.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.
- Gently fold in the strawberries.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Slice and serve directly from the freezer.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Let the pie sit for a few minutes at room temperature before slicing.
