Description

A delicious strawberry sheet cake pudding that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of strawberry cake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased sheet cake pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool completely.
  7. In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thick.
  8. Spread the pudding mixture over the cooled cake.
  9. Top with whipped topping.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
