- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries, rhubarb, and sugar. Spread in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add melted butter and mix well.
- Spread the oat mixture over the fruit.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
