Description

A delicious dessert made with strawberries and rhubarb topped with a crispy oat mixture.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix strawberries, rhubarb, and sugar. Spread in a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add melted butter and mix well.
